Frequently Asked Questions

Explore our FAQs for answers to common questions about our services and how we can help you.

Yes. Our service is charged per hour and invoiced on a weekly basis. You may be eligible following a care assessment for financial support in the form of Direct Payments or Managed Budget. The care assessment will determine the amount of hours of care you require each week. Direct Payment funding will be paid directly to you from the health & social care trust in order to pay for your care. Managed Budget funding will be paid directly to the provider by the health & social care trust.

Contact your local health & social care trust or speak to your GP. A care assessment will then be arranged to see what help you need living at home. It is advisable ahead of this assessment for you and your family to make a list of the things you need help with from others or any concerns you have about your health or living at home.

Of course! All our team are recruited in line with Minimum Care Standards, this means that we obtain two references and an enhanced disclosure check (police check) as well as confirming their identity and right to work.
