Community Care Worker
It is great to see that so many people locally want to experience our Multi Award Winning service, we therefore have a demand to recruit Full and Part time Community Care Workers.
What is the job?
To travel from house to house and provide care to vulnerable individuals. This may be assisting with washing and dressing, meal preparation or giving medication.
Where is the Job?
Our Head Office is based in Newtownards, however those we care for live in various locations including Holywood, Bangor, Newtownards, Comber, Millisle and Donaghadee.
What hours do I have to work?
Our service is made up of various shifts between the hours of 7am and 11pm every day of the week. We can offer positions to people looking anything from two shifts per week to Full Time Hours, over five days. All staff have to work alternate weekends.
I have no experience; Can I still Apply?
Yes of course. We have a Training Academy in Newtownards which will offer you all the training needed before starting work. We do need you to be a driver, have access to a car for work and also be passionate about delivering care to our service users.
What can I expect from Peninsula Care?
