We are recruiting Qualified Nurses of all disciplines to work Agency Shifts in Nursing, Residential Homes & NHS Hospital settings across Northern Ireland.  We have a wide range of shifts both during the day and at night.  Some of our Nurses work Full or Part time whilst others do that one shift, every couple of weeks to earn a bit extra or save for that something special.

Job specification. To ensure the delivery of excellent standards of nursing care. Promoting Rehabilitation where appropriate, independence where possible and always ensure dignity and respect.

Qualities and Essential Criteria required:

• RGN / RMN Qualified & NMC Pin Number
• Minimum of 6 months post qualifying experience.
• It is essential that applicants have a good understanding of English, both written and spoken
• To deliver and oversee high standards of clinical care by assessing residents’ needs and wishes.
• Ability to develop, review and update care plans to meet residents’ changing physical, social and psychological needs
• Ensure the following of strict monitoring and recording practice, recording all matters relating to residents and employees.
• To oversee all aspects of medication management- ensuring medicines are received, stored and administered in accordance with company policy and current legislation
• Ability to work under pressure whilst motivating your team to ensure delivery of the highest quality of care to patients.
• Experience of delivering nursing care within elderly Health Care Sector
